I loved living at Luxe! Rocky and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my move in and move out process was seamless. They always provided support in a timely manner. The buildings are nice and clean, and the amenities are kept up well. Nice, safe neighborhood and near a plethora of stores and restaurants (Costco, Target, etc). So grateful for Rocky and Jeff during the whole process. I would 110% recommend living here!

For the last 2 years, my roommate and I shared a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at LUXE, Burbank. To call this place home is by no means an exaggeration. Both Rocky and Jeff provided the utmost privacy to my roommate and I, while also providing any support when needed in timely manner. It is a great place to call home, surrounded by incredible scenery and places to visit. Truly appreciate Rocky & Jeff for all they have done for myself and my roommate the last two years.

My son is living here at Luxe since February 2023, and he is very happy and relax. The environment is very calm, and the people are nice. The amenities like the pool, and gym are a plus. The area is fantastic and 5 minutes from all. The staff is very friendly, and the service requests are done quickly. He is already planning to stay longer and in this area. I found the place online and I'm grateful for all the help and communication from the management. It is a big difference for him to live here than Hollywood area.

Jeff and Rocky are the best! I was here for two years and it was great. Even when there was a roach issue (lets be real, its LA, they exist), we were able to get the issue resolved very quickly. I would highly recommend The Luxe at Burbank to anyone needing a place to live. I would return too, 10/10 all around.

I'm really grateful to all team of Luxe at Burbank. Especially Rocky and Jeff!!!! These apartments have great location, it's really 5 minutes to go to all what is needed. Although it's near highway(that is great) it is very quiet outside. During our applying application manager Rocky was always in touch, always ready to help. As soon as we signed a least we got our keys immediately. We feel here very comfortable and safe!!!! We are here only a week but I already love this place!!! Thank you Guys!!!!

When I realized that a relative was sick and I could no longer move in, he had no problem providing me with a refund and his sincere condolences before everything was finalized. I was looking for a nice place to live in Burbank and found it here at the Luxe. The amenities are nice, parking is easy, and the staff is excellent. Rocky was extremely accommodating throughout the leasing and moving process, but he also sets up fun events like movie nights during the summer, churro trucks, etc. I visit the office just to say hi when he's not too busy. Jeff is no ordinary maintenance guy, any time I see him he's always got a great attitude and genuinely cares about what he does and the people who enjoy his handiwork. Sure, this place hasn't gotten stellar reviews in years past but it's clear to me that the owners and management have been working hard to make this place live up to it's namesake. Thanks again, Rocky!

I found a unit online and since I was moving from NYC, I knew I couldn't tour in person. I sent a request in for a unit and from day one, the property manager, Rocky, has been extremely hands on and helpful! The move itself was stressful but the application process and everything with Luxe at Burbank was very straightforward and Rocky was there every step of the way. Whenever I have a question or concern I know I can count on Rocky to answer and be there for me. The units are super cute and clean and the grounds are well kept! I love the area and for moving site unseen, I must say it's really nice! Super duper uber grateful for Rocky during this entire process. And Jeff is the nicest maintenance man I have ever met! Thank you both for literally everything! Glad to be a resident!

Management changed all the time but the manager who is currently over the property was my favorite she’s kind, patient and helpful. If I didn’t put grow a 1 bedroom I would’ve stayed. And last but not least this place hands down has the HARDEST working maintenance men ever! Jeff is literally the best!!! Forever smiling and with such a great attitude he did everything in his power to make sure any issues were fixed and any apartment needs were accommodated. Hopefully luxe keeps him around cause he was one of the reasons I was sad to move lol. But overall it is a great place to live, I only gave 4 stars cause the bugs. But other than that the pool is amazing and the neighbors are cool too.

Every One Of The Employees Are Wonderful And Caring!!! What a beautiful job with the construction (refurbishment) making the whole place look so lovely, a beautiful total makeover!!! I appreciate this company very much, God bless you all!!! This company is taking very good care of me I'm very blessed!!! ADDITIONAL COMMENT HERE: I want to add that the Manager Jidan, Montoya, Maria and the other Employees Maintenance, Security are just Awesome!!! I'm a witness to how Tiredless they all are!!! I APPLAUD whomever hired them. I had a real treat one day. I got to meet the Vice President of the company and she is so Wonderful!!! The Regional Manager Mariel is Wonderful!!!
